Normally you don't need to deal with how Fotaflo manages files, but sometimes it can be necessary.
Fotaflo always keeps a backups of your photos and videos for safekeeping. This provides a backup that can be used if, for example, you unintentionally deleted photos from the web app and want to upload them again.
Fotaflo monitors your device's available storage and deletes the oldest photos and videos when there's less than 1 Gb free.
On some devices if you have a lot of files, somewhere in the thousands, or a small amount of available storage it can cause issues like slow performance or crashes with Fotaflo, other apps, or even the device itself.
If you use a personal device for capturing photos at work you might also want to delete any work photos from your personal device.
To remove all uploaded files from your device:
- Open the Fotaflo app.
- Tap the button that shows the current uploading status.
- Open the options menu.
- Tap Delete All Uploaded Media.
