How do I help a guest access their album?

Troubleshooting steps to help guests access their album.

Guests that have certain settings configured on their web browser that restrict them from accessing their album. You can help them troubleshoot when this happens by following these steps.

  • Try a different device (ie. cell, phone, laptop, tablet, computer)
  • Try a different browser on their device (ie. Safari, Chrome, Firefox)
  • Try private or incognito mode on the browser
  • Try clearing the cache of the browser

Accessing private or incognito modes or clearing a cache on a browser should be searched for the most recent instructions for each broswer.
