How do I search for labels in the Fotaflo mobile app (iOS)?

Search for labels on your devices by text and day to make it easier to find the correct labels, especially when you have a long list of them.

Searching labels

From the Fotaflo mobile app home screen select Search labels

Android Home Screen

Default display

Labels from your current day will show up by default. If you have a small number of labels to choose from, you can scroll through the list to find the guest or reservation.

Searches can be cleared by clicking the X icon to the right of the date picker.

Searching by text

You can use the search field to find a specific guest label.  You can search for a guest's name or the date and time. This will search for that text as far back as 60 days.

If you have a name that matches two guest labels, choose the label with the date and time that corresponds with the tour you are taking them on.

Searching by text will also allow you to search for other general labels, which are manually created labels that allow you to organize and filter images on the media page. (i.e. promo media, social media, staff, etc.)

Searching by date

You can use the date picker to find labels for a specific date. The date picker icon will turn orange when it is set on a specific date.

This is helpful if you have media from a date in the past on your device that you have not uploaded to the media page. For example, you have media from a tour 3 days ago that you did not upload on that day. You can use the date picker to go back and find the guest labels from that day, select them and import that media.

Selecting labels

You can select labels individually or you can select multiple labels at one time by clicking the 'select all' box to the left of the search field.

Any media you take with that label (or multiple labels) selected will upload to the media page with that label already added to the media card.

Media cards are how the photos and videos are displayed on the media page with the file and information below it.

If it's a label that comes from a reservation or waiver integration it will also automatically deliver the album to the guest (depending on your delivery delay configured on your integrations settings), even if you upload the media days after the tour.

Label count displays

Below the search field, you will see two count displays.

The first will tell you the number of labels that your current search has found. The second counter will display how many labels you have selected.
