How do I create an advocate campaign?

Use the advocate reminder feature to send a promo code to guests that have viewed their album to re-market to them.

You can use the Advocate page to re-engage with your guests before a specific date or season by sending an email campaign. Sending guests a specific message which is included with memories of their experience is a great technique to get high open rates, so you know your message is being seen.

1. Templates Setting: Create an email template to send to the guests

  • Go to the Templates setting
  • Click the + button on the bottom right
  • Set a name for the Email Template (ie. Special Advocate Campaign)
  • Set the Book now button text (ie. 15% off your next visit)
  • Set the Book now link
  • Set the Delivery Caption, example below
  • Click Save

2. Email Settings: Change the Advocate Reminder Notification to the Special Advocate Campaign template you created

  • Go to the Email setting
  • Switch to the Templates tab
  • Go down to the Advocate Reminder Template notification
  • Change the template to the Special Advocate Campaign template
  • Click Save

3. Advocates: Deliver the Special Advocate Campaign email to your Advocates

  • Go to the Advocates page
  • Filter the date range to the advocates you want to deliver to (ie. Last Month or first 3 months of the year)
  • Select the Advocates by clicking on the Advocate card or using 'shift+click'

4. Email Settings: Change the Advocate Reminder Notification back to the regular Advocate Reminder email notification (if needed)

  • Go to the Email setting
  • Switch to the Templates tab
  • Go down to the Advocate Reminder Template notification
  • Change the template to the Advocate Reminder template
  • Click Save
